It takes approximately 2 - 4 business days to prepare each order (5 - 7 business days during sales and events). You will receive an email with a tracking number after it's been processed and dispatched.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

I usually start working on your order as soon as it is placed but please contact me as soon at hello@imziem.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once I have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, the email will also include your tracking number (if available). 

Customs and import taxes

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging. Please contact me for arrangements before returning the item(s).
